1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Rthyms ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and use Rthyms. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.

4. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all music, artwork, and content you upload to Rthyms. By uploading, you grant Rthyms a non-exclusive license to distribute, display, and promote your content on the platforms you select.

5. Distribution & Revenue

Rthyms distributes your music to streaming platforms on your behalf. Revenue generated from streams is calculated using platform-specific per-stream rates and credited to your account. Payouts are processed upon request, subject to minimum thresholds.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: (a) upload content you do not own or have rights to; (b) engage in artificial stream manipulation; (c) use the Platform for unlawful purposes; (d) attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Platform.

7. Termination

Rthyms reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

8. Limitation of Liability

Rthyms is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
