Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Rthyms ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and use Rthyms. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.

4. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all music, artwork, and content you upload to Rthyms. By uploading, you grant Rthyms a non-exclusive license to distribute, display, and promote your content on the platforms you select.

5. Distribution & Revenue

Rthyms distributes your music to streaming platforms on your behalf. Revenue generated from streams is calculated using platform-specific per-stream rates and credited to your account. Payouts are processed upon request, subject to minimum thresholds.

6. Marketing & Advertising Services

By initiating a marketing campaign, you authorize Rthyms to create and manage advertising campaigns on your behalf through Rthyms-managed platform advertiser accounts.

You warrant you own or have licensed all creative submitted for campaigns and grant Rthyms a license to use it solely for campaign delivery.

All campaigns are subject to the advertising policies of TikTok, Meta, Google and other platforms; Rthyms may decline or pause non-compliant creative.

Platform API data is used solely for campaign management and client reporting, in accordance with each platform's developer and commercial terms.

Campaigns launch only after your approval and payment of the selected budget.

These services are governed in full by our Advertising & Agency Services Terms and are provided by RTHYMS LIFE CO. L.L.C., Dubai, UAE, the contracting entity for TikTok advertising products.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: (a) upload content you do not own or have rights to; (b) engage in artificial stream manipulation; (c) use the Platform for unlawful purposes; (d) attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Platform.

8. Termination

Rthyms reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

9. Limitation of Liability

Rthyms is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
