We collect information you provide during registration (username, email), content you upload (music, artwork), and usage data (pages visited, features used). We also receive data from connected platforms such as Spotify, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Snapchat.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to: provide and improve the Platform; distribute your music; generate analytics and insights; process payments; send notifications about your account and releases.

3. Data Sharing

We share your data only when necessary: with streaming platforms for distribution, with payment processors for payouts, and with analytics providers to generate insights. We never sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Advertising & Platform Data

When we run marketing campaigns, we collect campaign configurations, performance metrics (impressions, views, clicks, spend) and aggregate audience insights via the advertising APIs of TikTok, Meta, Google, Snapchat, Spotify and X.

We share campaign settings, creative assets and, where enabled, conversion events with the relevant advertising platform to deliver and measure campaigns.

Our use of TikTok advertising data complies with TikTok's Commercial Terms and Business Products (Data) Terms. We do not sell TikTok user data or use it for any purpose beyond campaign management and reporting for the relevant client.

Advertising data is retained for 24 months after campaign completion, then deleted or anonymized.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on encrypted servers. We implement industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, secure session management, and regular security audits.

6. Cookies & Analytics

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Analytics cookies help us understand Platform usage and improve the experience. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to: access your personal data; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; export your data in a portable format; withdraw consent for optional data processing.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we retain minimal records required by law for up to 7 years. Streaming and revenue data is anonymized after deletion.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via email or Platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
