Advertising & Agency Services Terms

1. Scope

These terms supplement our Terms of Service and govern all marketing and advertising services on Rthyms.

2. Authorization

By initiating a campaign, you authorize Rthyms to plan, create and manage advertising on your behalf through Rthyms-managed advertiser accounts on TikTok, Meta, Google, Spotify, Snapchat and X.

3. Creative & Music Rights

You warrant that you own or have licensed all creative and music submitted for campaigns, and you grant Rthyms a license to use it solely for campaign delivery.

4. Platform Policies

All campaigns are subject to each platform's advertising policies. Rthyms may decline, modify or pause non-compliant creative.

5. Approval, Fees & Payment

Every campaign plan — formats, creative, targeting and budget — is presented for your approval. Nothing spends until you approve and pay. Marketing services carry a flat 10% service fee over ad spend, billed via Stripe.

6. Platform Data

Platform API data is used solely for campaign management and client reporting, in accordance with each platform's developer and commercial terms.

7. Performance Estimates

Performance estimates are projections, not guarantees.

8. Contracting Entity

Advertising and campaign-management services are provided by RTHYMS LIFE CO. L.L.C., Dubai, UAE, the contracting entity for platform advertising products.
